1) No one under the age of 18 shall be eligible to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize.
2) Greater Windsor Lacrosse shall ensure that raffle ticket orders are not solicited or accepted from persons located outside of Ontario.
3) The prizes will be drawn in the following order: First prize of $1,000.00 will be drawn first Second prize of $100.00 will be drawn second
4) Winning raffle tickets will be eligible for all draws. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn and will be placed back in the container for future draw events.
5) The winners of the prizes shall be determined and publicized on our website ?akolacrosse.com?. The winners will be notified by telephone.
6) Greater Windsor Lacrosse will be responsible for awarding all prizes and making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners.
7) Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of one year from the date of the draw. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the monies shall be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
8) Only the prizes as described and approved in the license application shall be awarded. All prizes are awarded free and clear of any duty, sales tax or other cost.
9) The designated members-in-charge, prize donors, or other persons or companies involved in the conduct of the raffle shall not purchase tickets (conflict of interest).
